Irene Jaro, Secretary

A native of Pavia, Irene graduated from Iloilo High School. She then obtained her Nursing Associate in St. Paul School of Nursing, Iloilo, and completed her Bachelor's Degree at the Philippine Women's University in Manila. Married to retired Philippine Air Force Colonel, Eulogio G. Jaro (deceased), they have four children: Mary Madilyn, a computer analyst; Joel Jonathan, a computer systems engineer; Mary Jennifer, a certified public accountant; and Jose Johann, currently a junior at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA, majoring in computer graphics and animation.

Irene was an Assistant Director of Nursing Education in Veteran's Memorial Medical Center, Quezon City, and a candidate for Masters in Nursing at the Philippine Women's University prior to seeking greener pastures in the U.S.

She is currently an Assistant Head Nurse at the Oncology and Medical Surgical units of Doctor's Community Hospital in Lanham, MD.
